The first idea of Ultimate Bass was conceived in 1994 and started out as a local California Tournament Circuit. The circuit operated on "Lake Oroville", and had an average of 60 boats per tournament. In 1996 the company moved to Louisiana and started running tournaments again. This time we encompassed several lakes in the local area to include Caddo Lake, Lake Bistineau, Cross Lake, and the Red River.
In 2001 Ultimate Bass downsized to a web presence and now is one of the leading bass fishing portals available. With modern technology Ultimate Bass is able to offer an interactive bass fishing web site that caters to the everyday angler. The website is comprised of a bass fishing message board that holds within it hundreds of fishing reports. There is a links directory that is growing everyday and can help you find whatever it is you are looking for from a bass club in your area to some of the best bass fishing guides out there.
