When Can I Expect My Package?
Your order will usually be filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Ultimate Bass uses a combination of UPS, USPS Ground, and FexEx to ship standard orders. You can expect your order to arrive between 3 and 7 business days of your order (within the contiguous U.S.).
Some items have a longer shipping time such as apparel that is coupled with custom embroidery. Please see the product description for special shipping times.

The shipping costs are listed below. Please note that with some items there is no shipping costs necessary and their subtotal will not be charged a shipping fee, also please note that with some oversized or bulky items it may be necessary to add extra shipping to that item.

What Should I Be Looking For?
Ultimate Bass uses a number of vendors in order to fulfill your needs. You may receive a number of packages for each order. It is not uncommon to receive three packages to complete your order. If you have received only part of your order, please be patient as the rest of it is on the way and should arrive soon.
How Will I Know My Order Went Through?
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after your order has been placed. It will list the items that you purchased as well as all costs associated with the order.
Can I Add To Or Change My Order After It Has Been Submitted?
Ultimate Bass starts processing your order immediately once it has been submitted to us. Unfortunately we are not able to change or add to it after it has been submitted. Please take a moment to check over your order to make sure that everything you wanted is on it.
Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses?
Unfortunately we can not ship to more than one address. If you would like to have part of your order shipped to somewhere different you will need to complete a separate order.
